Dan Clarke - Founder and Creative Chef
Trained in Cornwall, Worked with some of the best chefs in the country and in some of the nicest establishments including.... Pennypots Restaurant, Gidleigh Park, Le Talbooth and Bailifscourt Hotel
Dan is also a Master Chef of Great Britain and has won over 10 Gold and Silver Medals for cooking in live competitions.
Responsibility: To create sublime menus for our clients, staff training, development of Red Anywhere and day to day running of the business.
Last Supper: Caesar Salad (heavy on the sauce), Thick Cut Ham, Double Runny Egg, Chunky Chips (cooked by my mum!), Banoffee Pie and a Bottle of Budweiser!
Guests for last Supper: Peter Kay, Duncan Bannatyne, Al Pacino, Catherine Zeta Jones, Sid Waddell (Darts Commentator).

Will O'Hara - Sous Chef (Dan's right hand man)
Trained at Brighton College, worked at the 5 star Grand Hotel in Brighton
Last Supper: Scallops, Apple Sauce, Sultanas, Pickled Capers (Dan's dish again), Ham Egg and Chips, Panacotta, Crushed Raspberries & Mint with a pint of Staropramen.
Guests for Last Supper: Dan Clarke (I have to say that!), Angelina Jolie, Nana, Tom Hanks, John Terry, George Clooney, Jennifer Aniston.

Andy Gamble - Operations Director
Worked in operations for the last 10 years looking after a vast amount of staff and organising all logistics for various contracts all over the UK.
Responsibility: All Staffing, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Stock Control, Development of Red Anywhere and day to day running of the business.
Last Supper: Oven Baked Camembert, Chutney & lots of Bread, Half Roast Chicken (Organic of course) Mashed Potato, Broccoli and Carrots, Chilled Mixed Berries with Hot White Chocolate Sauce with a glass of Sancerre.
Guests for last Supper: Sir Richard Branson, Sir Alex Ferguson, Lance Armstrong, Frank Abagnale Jr (Catch Me if You Can film), Professor Richard Dawkins (Geneticist, Author and Atheist).

Sophie Bain - Events & Office Manager
Sophie has worked for Red for nearly 2 years, working as a part time waitress before taking the leap to helping the office. Now Sophie is an integral part of the sales team dealing with the new enquiries, existing clients, event management and she still has time to make us all a cup of tea!
Responsibility: Dealing with new enquiries , look after existing clients, tastings and overseeing our exclusive contract with the Ocean Suite in Eastbourne
Last Supper: Starter - Caesar Salad Main - Filet Steak (Medium Rare), Chunky Chips and Roasted Tomato - Pud - Melt in the Middle Chocolate Pudding
