Dan and the “red team” have over 30 years combined working experience in the hospitality and events industry. Dan Clarke – Chef Director & Founder

DanTrained in Cornwall, Worked with some of the best chefs in the country and in some of the nicest establishments including…. Pennypots Restaurant, Gidleigh Park, Le Talbooth and Bailiffscourt Hotel

Dan is also a Master Chef of Great Britain and has won over 10 Gold and Silver Medals for cooking in live competitions.

Responsibility: To create sublime menus for our clients, staff training, development of Red Anywhere and day to day running of the business.

Andy Gamble – Finance Director – Co Founder

AndyWorked in operations for the last 15 years looking after a vast amount of staff and organising all logistics for various contracts all over the UK.

Responsibility: Overseeing all Staffing, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Stock Control, Development of Red Anywhere and day to day running of the business.

Sophie Bain – Head of Events & Office Manager

SophieSophie has worked at Red for over 8 years, firstly as a waitress on events. Over time Sophie has grown into an integral part of the team, now running the office and overseeing all of Red’s event management.

Responsibility: Dealing with new enquiries, looking after existing clients, tastings and looking after our venues. Sophie also takes care of staff training in the office & recruitment.

Adam Upton – Sous Chef

AdamTrained at Northbrook College, Spent 5 years at the Sussex Pad covering all the areas of the kitchen! Genuine passion for food… One to watch for the future!

Responsibility: Dans right hand man! Assisting with the running of the kitchen at Red Anywhere, maintaining standards and keeping an eye out for any lazy chefs in our kitchen!

Last Supper: Minestrone Soup, Slow Roast Shoulder of Lamb with Dauphinoise Potatoes, Asparagus and Mint Hollandaise and Tropical Pavlova.

Imogen Boath – Event Coordinator


Imogen has been working with Red Anywhere for over 2 years now as a key member of our front of house team, she quickly began to oversee the ‘On the Day’ Event Management and excelled in delivering what our clients want in the Red Anywhere way! Imogen’s passion and dedication allowed her to take the next step and saw her join Sophie in the office earlier this year, she now looks after clients from enquiry to delivery (as well as keeping everyone topped up with Tea!).

Responsibility: Dealing with new enquiries, looking after existing clients, arranging tastings and meetings and arranging all staff logistics. Imogen also takes care of our front of house recruitment.

Last Supper: An unlimited continual supply of Desserts, ranging from Chocolate Brownie, Eton Mess, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Waffles, Cheesecakes, Cold Crumble, with Vanilla Ice Cream not Custard!!
