Jamie’s fantastic side project, Jamie at Home, are putting on a fantastic Jamboree for all its employees.  The lucky guests will be treated to a day of fun at the Dome and Red are there to do what we do best… FEED THEM!!

The event is for over 1000 guests, who will each have a lunch bag filled with delicious, nutritious treats – all Free Range and Organic to fit in with both Jamie’s and our own ethos’.

The operations meeting saw the Red Team planning their individual roles in the lead up to the event, including the ordering of dozens of paper bags, branded stickers and wooden cutlery (Andy)

Dealing with the floor plan, dietary requirements, updates on numbers and changes, liaising with both the Dome and Jamie at Home (Laura)

and most importantly… Baking 26 (!!) trays of Brownies, preparing 1200 Ciabattas, and numerous vats of Salad! (Dan, Will and their fantastic Kitchen team)

Lots to do, lots to organise… I’ll keep you updated as we get going on this – it’s going to be a one of a kind event, with one of a kind preparation and delivery to match…
