How it Works…. Flavours and Textures that will tantalise your taste buds!

You can choose a class that interests you and your colleagues including; Pasta, Shellfish, Meat, Game, Desserts, Chocolate or even a mixture of all the above.

Dan Clarke will briefly discuss what the class is about and what will happen. Dan will demonstrate up to 5 dishes / skills that will use the ingredients chosen and also some professional tips on what and what not to do. Dan will also talk about where the ingredients are sourced and how they are harvested.

Dan will then cook the dishes and give a master-class on presentation, showing how to make food look as good as it tastes!

You will then get the chance to taste the dishes and ask questions. All the recipes will be provided for you to take away!

Cocktail Master Class

Venue: Anywhere
Numbers: Minimum of 10 people
Duration: 1½ to 3 hours

How it Works…. So you think you can mix, muddle, shake and stir? Well prove it!

Our professional bar tenders will demonstrate a range of cocktails and explain the history behind the drinks, their origins, how they got their names, and most importantly, what’s in them, and how to make them!

After the demonstration we will split the group up and challenge you to make a new creation! You will be given a tray of mystery ingredients and a wide range of spirits and exotic liquors. You will have to name the cocktails, list all ingredients, and choose what glass to use and even the type of ice! The clock will be ticking so you will need to work quickly!

Once you are happy with your cocktail, we will invite you behind the bar and let you loose! Each team will make their drink and present it to the Judges. Once the judges have pondered and tasted they will announce the winning team!

A certificate and prize will be given to the winning team!

How it Works…. Enter the Kitchen if you dare!!

This is a totally unique activity. The concept is similar to its television namesake. You will be split into teams and given two kinds of tasks….

Mystery Basket… Each team will be given a list of ingredients that can be used, The teams will have 45 minutes to produce a 2 course menu for 4 diners? and list all the ingredients they wish to use. You will then change in to your chefs whites and be briefed by Dan Clarke, Creative Chef for Red Anywhere!

Each team will then be shown to their stoves and given 1 hour and 30 minutes to produce a 2 course meal.

Judges will mark on originality, presentation, working methods, flavours and general team work.

The Winning team will receive a Chefs Jacket and Apron to take home!
