Local produce is very close to our heart and where possible we try to use locally grown fruit, meat, fish, herbs and vegetables in all our dishes and we love to use seasonal produce when it's in its prime!
One of our favourite ingredients is asparagus, which we buy from a farm near Billingshurst.
Our fish comes direct off boats from Littlehampton. We buy our meat and game from our butcher who sources local venison from Pelham House near Lewes. We pick our own locally grown strawberries, raspberries and rhubarb when in season and our vegetable supplier is committed to sourcing and using local growers and producers!
