"Just a quick email to say a very big thank you for the superb food which you served at our wedding on Saturday. Several people came up to me and said that the chicken was the best that they had ever tasted and that the dessert was to die for!

Even though both I and Guy did not get to try the canape because of photos being taken, they were also a great hit with our guests.
