Our Events management team has acquired a wealth of wedding catering experience from initial discussion through to delivery of a wonderful event. We take a wedding brief, work within the budget and produce the perfect wedding catering where the 'happy couple' and guests feel comfortably indulged. Dan Clarke (Red’s Creative Chef and a Master Chef of Great Britain) pushes the boundaries of menu development, creating dishes bespoke to every wedding party incorporating seasonal produce, locally sourced, magically transformed into a spectacular eating experience!
