red.The Wheatsheaf in Worthing, Sussex: Outiside Catering for Parties

Since 2007, Dan Clarke's has been busy in the kitchen creating gastro style menus for The Wheatsheaf in Worthing. They include the following;

• Express lunch menu
• Grazing menu (5pm-7pm Monday to Thursday)
• Evening menu from 7pm
• Sunday Roast available 1pm-6pm

The consultancy initially involved the design and build of the kitchen. Since the reopening of the pub in July 2007 Dan has also introduced local, Worthing, food suppliers and is involved in continually developing the staff and menus.
